tricks on how to write effective reports that catch the eye.
Letter Writing: Dip your toes into the lost art of writing
letters that still prove effective, and is necessary with many
official communications.
E-mail Writing: An undervalued form of communication,
the E-mail can create a powerful first impression or a bad
one too. Learn the art of communicating effectively
through E-mails.

Business Jargon: Ever felt confused when your seniors communicate? A one-of-a-
kind topic in soft skills that equips you with commonly used jargon that will help

Crucial Conversation: During conflicts and other high pressure scenarios, we often
tend to speak our minds very crudely. Crucial Conversations can ruin months of

The Pied Piper of Business
Board Room settings are usually a consortium of power trips and
tactful strategy. It is important to stay on the top.
In this course we focus on how to effectively negotiate and navigate
through the twisted labyrinth of board room dynamics.
Changes in the organisation and providing critical feedback is usually
a sensitive topic among employees and managers. The key to
successful implementation of a strategy or process is
communications. In this course we also cover effective methods to
handle change and convey feedback and the plan of action to
members of the Organisation, no matter what their position may be.
