At Open View we have a large mobile workforce that spends a

Our sales people do everything from following up on new
customer leads to taking orders, measurements, and payments
all at the customers location. Our installers are just as mobile
with their need to obtain work orders, report progress as well as
problems on the go.
With such a mobile company we need an agile solution that can
keep up.
So far we have been reliant on telephone but that does not give
our employees the access to company resources that they need
on the go. Our company wants to provide the best service
possible to our customer and we can not do that if we don’t
allow our employees in the field environment to have access to
the same recourses they have in the office.
