6. Pull handle on disconnect to the "OFF" position inside MCC-1 and apply locks

- If energy is isolated, apply locks, if energy is not isolated, repeat steps 1-6.
7. Locks applied to energy isolation points must be personally identified and in the "secured" position.

5. Turn the selector switch to the "off" position and pull down disconnect and apply locks
6. Verify energy is isolated by pressing start button on Deister Scalping Screen Conveyor
- If energy is isolated, apply locks, if energy is not isolated, repeat steps 1-6.
7. Locks applied to energy isolation points must be personally identified and in the "secured" position.
8. Each authorized personnel must maintain possession of their own key(s) for each lock applied.
9. Do not work under the protection of a lock you have not personally applied.
Working at Heights - If guardrails are not sufficient, harness is required.
