Professional Experience
107 Productions – Executive Assistant to CEO and President, Office Manager, Licensed Booking Agent: Cranford,
NJ [June 2013 – Present]
• Drafting and advancing performance contracts to corporate clientele, weddings, nightclubs, private events and showcases.
• Booking and discussing show logistics for over twenty represented bands, all performing different venue locations every weekend,
totaling over 2000 shows a year. Ability to be organized and handle high volumes of time sensitive information.
• Reviewing cover bands catalogue of music, including market research on trending tracks so artists repertoire remain current and
up-to-date.
• Liaison between Clients and Artists – sending out proper show information, gathering promotional materials, relaying proper
timeline of events and equipment listings.
• Customer Service for clientele who are following up on invoices, payments, performance/corporate/wedding contracts.
• Reconciling monthly bank statements in Quickbooks Online, inputting checks, deposits, W9’s and bill payments into Quickbooks.
• Processing invoices from outside vendors and artist clientele on over forty shows a month.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings between potential clients and current clients with CEO and President of the company. Daily
reminders and rundown of calendars on a daily basis.
• Implemented and updated invoice database to insure all artists receive payment on time for completed performances and
showcases across multiple venues.
• Maintaining databases of contracts out to clients, following up when deadline expires.
• Attending company showcases and events to form new business relationships and deepen relationships with current clientele.
• Ordering and maintaining promotional materials for artists, prepping for mailing. .
• Brokering deals between artists and clientele. Ability to work within and handle clients entertainment budget for nightly or monthly
entertainment programs.
• Managed office inventory – create Staples order when getting low, make sure all office needs are being taken care of.
• Scheduling and reviewing resumes for future employees – placing job ads, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Scouting all new signings for 107 Productions at yearly showcase and contests – signing new Artists and analyzing touring
schedules. Signing band that has the most to offer 107 Productions and can benefit to the agency’s growing clientele listing.

• Experience in cold calling clubs and music venues across the country, pitching the company to them in hopes to gain clients.
• Booked and promoted shows with similar style music to insure concerts had all similar style types of fans in attendance.
