II. OPTION POLICY
You can ask for a revision or development for the event 1 month
before the event. The Romero Events Company already made a plan and
blockings for your Assembly Event on June 28, 2017.
III. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are made after payment option date shall not be entitled to a
refund.
IV. BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
The Romero Events Company requires 50% down payment upon
confirmation. Full payment shall be made on the day of the event itself.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Event will be as follows:
The program flow of the event is based on the decision of the
Philippine Medical Association. ROMERO EVENTS COMPANY will provide full
professional service, including managing, staging, staffing, directing, and will
provide the necessary supplies. 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs.
Goldeen will be held on July 25, 2017 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM in Best Western
Hotel La Corona Manila.
EVENT CONTRACT:

2. Mr. Sergio Goldeen will pay the planner, ROMERO EVENTS COMPANY
PHP 89,700.00 for all the services rendered. The Company will be given an
initial amount of 15% at the completion of the event.
3. The Planner agrees to use Host's company logo and no other where
desired.
4. The Host agrees to acknowledge the Planner's services in Best Western
Hotel La Corona Manila, Sphere 1 and 2 (Function Rooms), including the
Planner's logo.
5. The Host will not enter into any contracts on behalf of the Planner or
without the Planner's knowledge and consent.
6. If the Planner cancels, ROMERO EVENTS COMPANY will either provide a
substitute planner or refund the full fee, minus the cost of nonrefundable

their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other
persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively
referred to as Romero Events Company), I hereby agree to release, indemnify,
and discharge HC, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs,
assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:
1. I acknowledge that my participation entails known and unanticipated risks
that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage
to myself, to property, or to third parties. I understand that such risks simply
cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the
activity.
2. ROMERO EVENTS COMPANY seeks safety, but they are not infallible.
They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or abilities. They might
misjudge the weather, the elements, or the terrain. They may give
inadequate warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might
malfunction.

3. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks existing
in this activity. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect
to participate in spite of the risks.
4. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and
hold harmless Romero Events Company from any and all claims, demands,
or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in
this activity or my use Romero Events Company equipment or facilities,
including any such Claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of
Romero Events Company.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may
cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such
injury or damage myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk
of any medical or physical condition I may have.
By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or
property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found by a
court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against HC on the
basis of any claim from which I have released them herein. I have had sufficient
opportunity to read this entire document. I have read and understood it, and I

They might be unaware of a participant’s fitness or abilities. They might misjudge the weather, the elements, or the terrain. They may give inadequate warnings or instructions, and the equipment being used might malfunction.
