Roberto Vitti has been employed at Bice Ristorante in Naples, FL from October
2005 through October 2008.
As Maitre D and Corporate Manager, Roberto has been an exemplary asset to
our staff. He has an excellent report with guests, a strong knowledge of food &
wine, and a thorough understanding of staff supervision and operations of the
restaurant business.
In managing our front of house staff, Roberto organized the floor plans and guest
seating, stepped in as server and bar tender as needed, and planned the
employee schedules. He also verified the accuracy of the server reports and
made sure all daily tasks were completed.
Roberto organized the cash distribution of tips and prepared the Daily Sales
Report and nightly deposits. He maintained an accurate count of inventory and
ordered supplies as needed in accordance with our menu.
Through his attention to detail, Roberto was able to run the restaurant smoothly.
He always had a positive attitude and remained calm even if something went
awry.
Roberto was well respected and liked by everyone who worked here and was
often requested upon by guests, who felt at ease with his service and
personality.
It was a pleasure working with Roberto and I feel he would be a valuable
addition to any company.
