Competitor: QueueHop
It is the closest and only competitor of my app. It was
launched an year back but hasn’t acquired success. It is not
available on Google play also.
Collaborators: Retail stores like Reliance Fresh, Big
Bazaar
These are some of the most popular retail stores in India.
They would be willing to collaborate with me because it
would attract more customers and introduce a whole new
shopping mechanism.

Opposition due to unemployment of staff

• To cross 500,000 downloads in 6 months
• Gather atleast $50,000 in 6 months from
premium version of app
• Collaborate with more and more retail stores
to keep growing

 Customers are becoming more time conscious these
days.
 Nobody has the patience to stand in long queues.
 These customers comprise of the middle aged and
young customers.
 No one wants to carry much cash with them
everywhere

 Mainly supermarkets and retail stores in malls, for
example Reliance Fresh, Big Bazaar, Westside, Fbb etc.
 Strategic goals for these stores would be to introduce
this new system of self billing to the world.
 They would want to increase their customers through
QueueJump.
 They would want to save on the salaries of cashiers and
computers used for billing.

It is not available on Google play also. Collaborators: Retail stores like Reliance Fresh, Big Bazaar These are some of the most popular retail stores in India. They would be willing to collaborate with me because it would attract more customers and introduce a whole new shopping mechanism.
