2. Strength: Strength is the quality or state of being physical strong.
Benefits of Strength: Strength can increase our muscle mass, make our Bone
stronger, Maintain our joint Flexibility, Helps to control weight, Increase balance.
What exercise we can do to Increase Strength: We can do some exercise to
increase our strength, like as …Lifting weights, Walking with resistance bands,
Climbing stairs, Hill walking, cycling, dance, Push-ups, sit-ups and squats.
Power: Power is defined as an amount of done in a particular time.
Benefits of power: Benefits of power training is related to increase Strength, agility,
balance, flexibility, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance,
co-ordination.
Which Exercise we can do to increase power: Balance exercise, ball squat, squat
jump, barbell curl.
Endurance: Endurance is ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a
long period of time, as well as its ability to resist, withstand, recover from, and have
immunity to trauma, wounds or fatigue.
Benefits of Endurance: Increase stamina for everyday activities, Improve balance &
co-ordination, stimulation of muscle growth, prevention of Osteoporosis, Improve
bone density & strength, Optimized immune system function.
Which Exercise we can do to improve Endurance: Jumping, Jogging or marching,
Stair-climbing or step-ups, High knees, plank and side plank, push-ups, squats, wall
sit.
Flexibility: Flexibility is define as the range of motion of our joints or the ability of
our joints to move freely. It is also refers to mobility of our muscles,Which allows for
more movement around the joint.
Benefits of Flexibility: Fewer injuries, less pain, Improve posture and balance, a
positive state of mind, greater strength, Improve physical performance.

Which exercise we can do to increase Flexibility: Tai chi, yoga, dance, walking
Stability: Stability refers to the ability of a body to restore to its original static
equilibrium, after it has been slightly displaced. A body in equilibrium experiences
neither linear acceleration not turning effect and unless distributed by an outside force,
will continue in that condition indefinitely.
Benefits of Stability: Reduce pain, Improve posture, control of movement, Improve
muscle efficiency, Reduce muscle imbalance, Increase stability of spine and pelvic.
Which exercise exercise we can do to increase Stability: Single leg standing,
Bridge variations, Unstable surfaces, Core strength, Glute activation.
Balance: Balance is ability to control your body’s position, whether stationary or
while moving. Balance is the key control of fitness, along with strength, endurance
and flexibility.
Benefits of Balance: Prevent falls, reduce the risk of lower extremity injuries,
Improve proprioception.
Which exercise we can do to improve Balance: Weight shifting (side to side) ,
single leg standing, walking heel to toe, using a balance board.
