cyberbullying. The following list outlines warning signs
that a child is experiencing cyberbullying.
1. Anxiety when using devices. Cyberbullying may
make children nervous or anxious about using digital
devices such phones, computers, and tablets. They may
want to hide hurtful or harassing messages they receive.
Moreover, they may become upset after using devices
or participating in online gaming.

3. CYBERBULLYING
 2. Sudden change in media use. A sudden change in a
child’s interest in or use of media devices may indicate the
occurrence of cyberbullying. Some children begin spending
more time texting or online, while others avoid using these
devices completely.
3. Abrupt change in social media accounts. Children on
the receiving side of cyberbullying may delete their social
media accounts without notice or begin blocking multiple
phone numbers or email addresses. A rise in incoming texts
may also occur if harassing content is sent directly to their
phone.
4. Rise in depression or antisocial behaviors.
Cyberbullying can ignite the same feelings of shame,
depression, fear, and anxiety as traditional bullying. Regular
feelings of depression and isolation from friends may be signs
of bullying.
