Digital health and wellness refers to both physical and psychological well-being when using digital technologies. Proper ergonomics like having the computer screen at eye level and feet flat on the floor can prevent issues like repetitive stress. Limiting internet usage and supervising children online can also help avoid internet addiction and overuse of technology at the expense of other activities. When not used appropriately, technology can negatively impact young people by causing isolation and overexposure to online risks if they spend too much time online rather than interacting with others in the real world.

6. In some cases technology can very negatively affect
children and young way, because it can cause isolation
from the real world, because they spend many hours
surfing the Internet, chatting or playing video games, and
lost significant time that could be used by other activities
with their peers. It also considers dangerous exposure to
high youth undergo online.
