1. RECURITMENT PROCEDURE
Recruitment means filling the vacancy as per requirement. It means selecting
right person for the right job.
I. Interview-
The available vacancy can be filled by two ways.
a) Internal job posting.
b) Interview Fresh candidate.
To Analysis the suitable Vacancy.
To prepare Job Specification & Job Description.
To invite the Resume of the candidates either by Internal Referral or by
posting advertisement.
After screening the invited Resume the suitable candidate will be called for
an Preliminary Interview.
As per conducted Preliminary Interview the selected candidates will be
called for Final Interview.
After final selection the candidate is briefed about Salary, time required for
Notice period.
Before joining the candidate have to complete the Documentation.

3. II. Interview Criteria -
Interview Criteria for following Grades-
Grade A – Managers.
The qualification criteria for Grade A will be Post – Graduate or
specialization in particular field.
Grade B – Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Secretary etc.
The qualification criteria for Grade B will be Graduate.
Grade C – Executives, Supervisor, Caller-Taker etc.
The qualification criteria for Grade C will be 12th Std, good command in
English & Basic Computer Knowledge.
Grade D – Driver & Other Staff etc.
The qualification criteria for Grade D will be 10th to 12th.
III. Scores –
The candidates scoring will be done on its qualification, communication skill,
experience, personality, attitude, general knowledge, additional knowledge,
family background.
IV. Salary Finalization –
The Salary Finalization for following Grades –
Grade A – Manager.
The Salary Finalization for Grade A is as per negotiation with Management

12000/- & for experience employee will be from 12000/- to 15000/-

8000/- & for experience employee will be from 8000/- to 9000/-
Grade D - Driver & Other Staff etc.
The Salary Finalization for Grade D for fresher will range from 6500/- to
8000/- & for experience employee will be from 8000/- to 9000/-
The Minimum Wages for Skilled, Semi-Skilled & Un-Skilled
Employees are as follows –
Minimum Wages = Basic Pay + Special Allowance
Skilled Employees = 5800 + 1215 = 7015
Semi – Skilled Emp = 5400 + 1215 = 6615
Un – Skilled Emp = 5000 + 1215 = 6215
