CHALLENGE
The Indian Real Estate giant DLF's retail management venture, DLF Brands, collaborated with Mothercare and ELC, to manage their
brands in India, and to bring quality, safety and innovation through their services for mothers, mothers-to-be, babies & young children. The
Mothercare and ELC brands are synonymous with childcare and parenting. With them spreading their roots in India, Mothercare and ELC
came to Di-ályma after realizing the importance of mapping their brand aesthetics with the Indian audience and for their requirement of
creating Product Catalogs for the Indian Market.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma redesigned their brand collaterals, especially Product Catalogs; to radiate the Indian character blended with soft and

SeaSoul is a new brand, in the growing wellness industry in India, which deals in Spa and Skincare products manufactured from ancient
mystical salts, minerals and mud found only in the Dead Sea. These products are not only crafted to give the user a magical experience,
but they also ensure the well being of skin, mind and body. These products bestow beauty and have medicinal properties that clean and
replenish the skin with essential minerals and oils.
CHALLENGE
SeaSoul is identified as being India’s one of the few Spa Product manufacturers. Their Candle Spa and Candle Scrub are one of its kind
products on the Indian Market. To boost the presence of the brand, SeaSoul realized the need to establish both offline channels and an
online retail presence. Di-ályma was brought in the picture not only to develop a brand identity, design a marketing strategy, design all
the collaterals, packaging and launch the brand, but also to develop an e-commerce website to effectuate their online retail
requirements.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma, after deciphering the brand’s identity, came up with premium and subtle design elements and colors that bespoke the SeaSoul
brand. The Packaging was developed keeping in mind the two lines of products, which SeaSoul would launch in the first phase, but also
keeping in mind the other skincare products in the pipeline. A slender design was incorporated in the E-Commerce website design with
easy product visibility & checkout. Di-ályma helped SeaSoul to launch their brand in different markets in India with a strategic Brand
Promotion Plan, which included fashioning Brochures, Standees, Leaflets, Spa Posters, Conceptual Photo Shoots and Corporate &
Usage Videos. To ensure operational efficiency, perceptual & brand usage consistency, and qualitative transcendence, extensive real-
time Brand Training sessions were also conducted.

CHALLENGE
Serendipiti approached Di-ályma when they merely had a concept to develop a distinguished Chocolate Brand in the Corporate and
Indian Wedding Network, specifically the Delhi NCR region. The challenge was to create a brand that stands out amongst the already
existing Chocolate brands flooding the market.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma did an integrated qualitative & quantitative Brand Research, not only with the management but also the competitive landscape
and prospective customers of Serendipiti. The Brand Core and Personality were gradually developed and an engaging yet subtle name
“Serendipiti” was given to the brand. Contouring this initiation, a semi-premium & engaging brand identity, visual language and packaging
were designed along with the creation of solid Marketing & Communication Strategy campaigns. Complementary marketing and brand
collaterals, product catalogs, corporate presentations etc. were designed to give the brand a concrete and strong brand identity. The E-
Commerce portal, where people can make their own chocolates is scheduled to go online somewhere in mid Sept 2014.

(EPC) contractors serving power generation, oil and gas and petrochemicals sector. DEE manufacturing range includes variety of high
pressure piping systems, induction pipe bends, pipe fittings, pressure vessels and accessories like boiler headers, boiler super heaters and
economizer coils, de-super heaters and other tailor made fabricated components.
CHALLENGE
DEE boasts itself as a pioneer in the Piping Manufacturing Industry, and is highly valued in the domestic and international marketplace for
delivering high quality products at competitive prices. When they came to us, they lacked a strong brand identity and brand visibility
especially in the international market. The company lacked consistency, structure and wanted recognition. They approached Di-ályma for
an association for Brand Consultancy, Brand Rebuilding, Marketing Strategy and Business Development Services.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma followed an integrated qualitative and quantitative research to identify the pain areas and gaps, based on which a comprehensive
Brand Strategy was laid down. We committed ourselves to the task of rebuilding the brand on both offline and digital media, as a strong
corporate and global identity. Several promotional activities were carried out and all the brand collaterals were re-designed and re-
organized for the domestic & international markets. Di-ályma even helped them conceptualize and execute a Photo Shoot for their huge
facility, which was used across all their Brand Collaterals, and a Corporate Video, which even helped them bag a new project out of the
international market within the first month of its launch. In the end, Internal and External Facility Branding was executed to emphasize

who can choose from daily-prepared toppings, which include loads of fresh fruit and excludes any artificial ingredients. Yogurberry Frozen
Yogurt contains 0 grams of fat and no trans fat, or cholesterol compared to normal ice creams, and guarantees low calories by using only
Fruit Sugar.

They had launched four outlets in the Delhi NCR Region –

However, few of the outlets had been underperforming for last few months and hence they came to us for a re-launch of their brand and
change of location of their outlets.

We not only worked with a real estate partner to suggest them good real estate location which could perform a lot better than the current
locations but also are currently working on strategizing re-activation campaigns for Yogurberry along with redoing all their creative designs,

motivating. Russia is the spiritual home of vodka and Kruto embodies the true spirit of Russian vodka.

becoming the leader of the Laser Tag Industry across India. Laser Game launched its first Pilot-Test Laser Game Center of North India in
the capital city of New Delhi. Laser Game aims to bring to the Indian population a very new High Tech International entertainment
experience within the Indian community.
CHALLENGE
Whose childhood didn’t encompass running after their siblings or friends with a toy gun in hand slaying grisly imaginary monsters & savage
fiends. As a matter of fact, everybody who watches international TV shows & movies have, at some time or the other, wondered how it
would feel to experience the thrill of laser tag - the Barney Stinson way! The answer came in the form of Laser Game India, introducing the
internationally acclaimed Laser Tag technology & equipment to the Indian market to provide the ultimate gaming adventure. This big idea
came loaded with great expectations of quality results. But their current identity was not symbolic of this and they engaged Di-ályma to re-
create an identity for them, which was synonymous to their services and unique concept.
SOLUTION
The new brand identity was required to be dynamic, luminous and appealing to the gamers. The technical challenge of creating a printable
illuminating logo was huge as well as riveting. Putting all our efforts into the task, we succeeded in creating a spirited, fluorescent &
appealing insignia. The Laser Tag Arena & Brand Collaterals were designed to create a corresponding visual style to communicate the

Wild Water, Vitamin enriched Water with a low sugar content, could be considered by the health conscious as a substitute to
carbonated drinks. Wild Water came to Di-ályma for individual and flavor centric designs of its Bottle Neck Tags and an exciting
Corporate Brochure to launch the brand in new territories in India.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma dedicated itself in understanding the visual elements of Wild Water. The Bottle Neck Tag were designed to portray the organic
constitution of the product and hence, a manifestation of the fundamental entity of nature - a leaf. The varying border colors depict the
flavors, while retaining the same underlying design elements. For the Corporate Brochure, the visual language and consistency was
retained using colors & aesthetics synonymous to the brand and an exciting and engaging design was delivered, which is currently helping
the brand get a lot of traction amongst the youth (target market) in India.

Fun Factory is an innovative & unique concept of providing kids with a lively, energetic & imaginative environment to grow. It’s an indoor
recreation family center designed and conceptualized for children aged 2-10. The set of different activities are designed to build confidence
physically, by challenging themselves to climb, swing, slide or jump; socially and emotionally, by meeting other kids.
CHALLENGE
When Fun Factory approached Di-ályma, it was just a newborn baby with the name - Funnies. The challenge was to nurture, organize and
develop the brand without losing its inherent tenderness, business goals & vision. Di-ályma was also given a challenge to create a Brand
Mascot and organize a Brand Launch for the Chandigarh Tri City area.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma developed a three-tiered descriptive naming system to support the brand strategy. The nomenclature framework helped
organize the products and services into a comprehensive Brand Architecture, and showed which style of name was appropriate for each
Sub-Brand. Di-ályma further devoted itself in modeling Fun Factory with engagingly designed brand and marketing collaterals and
initiated actively driven Social Media campaigns to help Fun Factory reach its intended target market. From creating the Brand Mascot,

Chilli Soda approached Di-ályma when they merely had a concept to develop a distinguished QSR Brand in Corporate Workplaces and
Indian Metro Railway Network, specifically Rapid Metro and DMRC in the Delhi NCR region. The challenge was to create a brand that

SOLUTION
Di-ályma created a unique identity for iLeadZEN and also designed their brand collaterals and website to initiate their presence in the
industry. The soft color palette of the brand and website concurs with the calmness of the whole Zen appeal. The logo in red resembles
the Buddhist - Ensō circle sign symbolizing wholesomeness and the cyclic occurrence of life that applies to the various phases of a
business. The business collaterals were designed keeping the same consistency and a state of absolute peace was transferred by the
created designs to its seekers.

SelaQui International School, Dehradun is one of the most dynamic upcoming boarding schools in India. The school’s vision is to be a

CHALLENGE
SelaQui realized that their ambition and vision failed to translate in the design of their previous year’s Annual Year Book. They
approached Di-ályma with a request to design their Annual Year Book for the year 2013, which should be reflective of the school’s quality
of education and international standards.
SOLUTION
The Brand Bee’s primary focus was on eliminating the dull elements in the report and incorporating a colorful yet interesting narrative to the
book. Also, we segmented the year Book into ten sections relating to ten different experiences in the story. The divisions displayed a
continuity of design elements & the infographics used exemplified the report. Other Brand Collaterals for their Leadership Conference were
also designed keeping in mind the objective and persona, which we defined for SelaQui.

special abilities that every child possesses. The institution felt the need to refresh their personality by redesigning their internal Brand
Collaterals in congruence with the vibrancy and the limitless potential of a growing child.
SOLUTION
Di-ályma gave the school a set of new Brand Elements, which were filled with life, surprising and engaging with the audiences. These
elements were designed in a way, so as to be able to use them over time or for special events. We were entrusted with the task of
bringing out this inherent joviality and limitless possibilities in a child’s enthusiasm to grow, in their design deliverables, and we delivered.
For instance, the cover of their magazine ‘Expressions’ was designed to exhibit the same shades of freedom and possibilities that
