MIS: Responsible for various MIS reports which are having conspicuous effect in
Personnel & IR data management system and reporting to corporate.
BUDGET & REVIEW: Responsible for Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly Budget. Also
looking the Monthly and Yearly Reviews of various natures.
MANPOWER REPORTS: Analyzing daily deployment and monthly manpower reports,
actively involved with V.P.(HR) in manpower planning & Staffing.

differences , structure & policies . The final report for the same prepared & submitted by
