 To ensure peaceful, harmonious and cordial Industrial Relations in the unit
 Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection.
 Implementation of Personnel Policies and Procedures as and when required
 Maintaining statutory records and fulfilling the asking under Industrial & Labour laws. To
meet with the returns and challan under different labour laws.
 Cater the Health, Safety and Welfare parameters for the workmen in the workplace, colony
and canteen.
 Govern Time office functions such as Salary & Wages Administration.
 Cater Employee Appraisals & Increments for Staff. Also to facilitate worker increment
and suggest promotions.
 Seek into the Disciplinary Matters, Grievance Redressal, Colony Administration, Maintain
harmonious Relation between worker and Staff, Worker and management,
 To facilitate the External and Internal Audits.
 Ensuring and taking care of the General administration of the factory.
 To facilitate Quality Circle, TPM & M.V.K. Activities in the Unit.

Training &
Development
 To identify the training needs of the employees and organize Training & Development
Programmes for their skill and knowledge up-gradation.
 To prepare a training calendar on behalf of training need identification (Method of TNI ,
Performance appraisal, Personal Interview, HOD feedback, Personal requirement, New
technology/New Changes)
 To arrange the resources for the training, (internal & external) like-Trainer, institutes
which providing technical training.(arrangement of all resources for execution of training).
 To analysis training effectiveness by conducting feedback questionnaire & other formats
recommended by Auditors & Senior management.
 To maintain all related documents.
 Skill analysis & Skill updating, by OJT (on job training).
 To identify the training needs of the employees and organize Training & Development
Programmes for their skill and knowledge up-gradation.


Management
 To coordinate with the Commercial, Security& Financial department for Contractor Bills
payment and statutory deductions from their bills.
 Maintaining statutory registers/record related to contractor regulation and abolition acts.
 Timely submit ion of returns, registration and any change in the contractor labour.

Report
Generation
 MIS: Responsible for various MIS reports which are having conspicuous effect in
Personnel & IR data management system and reporting to corporate.
 BUDGET & REVIEW: Responsible for Monthly, Half Yearly & Yearly Budget. Also
looking the Monthly and Yearly Reviews of various natures.
 MANPOWER REPORTS: Analyzing daily deployment and monthly manpower reports,
actively involved with V.P.(HR) in manpower planning & Staffing.


Complainces
 To develop and maintain harmonious relations with Labour Officer, Fire Officer,E.S.I.
/E.P.F.authorities and other labour authorities.
 To prepare statutory returns & submit to concern authority by time (Monthly, Quarterly,
Half Yearly & Annual return)
 To face legal audit by legal authority like- inspection by ESI, PF & Labour
officer/inspector.
 To full fill other compliances as per requirement.
 Maintaining statutory records and fulfilling the asking under Industrial & Labour laws.

 Coordination of the Quality circle & TPM Activities, Maintaining and handling Canteen
