To obtain a fulltime position as a guest service agent, that will allow me to expand my knowledge in the hotel
industry, while using my excellent communication and interpersonal skills in customer service.

Server duties:
 Responsible for the safety and security of all passengers onboard
 In charge of doing set up for event on the boat – weddings, parties, company events,
corporate meetings.
 Polished all forks, knives, china mugs and dessert plates with efficiency
 Accommodate 100-500 guests per day, providing exceptional customer service to all
 Serve guests, and provide knowledge of products including food and beverage
 Bus tables, and help clear the entire boat for quick turnover
 Maintain a clean, sanitary and welcoming environment at all times
Bartender duties:
 Count alcohol inventory, and weigh all liquor and wine before opening
 Prepare garnishes such as limes, lemons, and finish all bar duties before shift starts
 Serve guests who are seated by the bar
 Make and serve all drinks that appear on chit efficiently
 Do closing duties at the end of the day/night
 Recount used alcohol, wine, and beer counts at the end of shift
 Extreme memorization of all special mix served at Mariposa
