My Personal Leadership Profile
• What are your strengths? If I made a mistake, I would
admit it and correct it. One of my greatest desires is to
become a leader. - I enjoy collecting and analyzing data.
I believe in following by example. Served in the marines
as a maintenance manager, trained and educated
marines, and got awards for excellence for passing
inspections. Spent 15 years in the manufacturing
industry as a machinist, I know the meaning of quality.
• What are your opportunities for growth? I have a hard
time relating to others on an interpersonal basis, - Don’t
like conflict need to be calmer when resolving conflict in
the workplace, I can do better at interpreting rules and
regulations, Needs to be a little more understanding
when team members are having home problems.
