• I recently completed a Customer Service Administration Assistant contract where I supported 2 Directors
and the office in general. I notably highlighted how the company could save money on an inefficient external
contract and put in place a contact report between the Directors, Warehouse and Field Sales Team.
• I was previously awarded the title of Community Champion at The British Heart Foundation where I worked
as a Volunteer Customer Service Assistant and helped to promote fundraising activities and awareness.
• At Waitrose I was seconded from the Customer Service Helpdesk to a temporary Supervisor role on an ad
hoc basis when the store was under-staffed.
• I have worked as a Marketing Assistant and managed small projects including helping to organize Seminars
and organized a corporate function, namely a Floodlit Dinner for 120 people at Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire.
• Experience of running my own business.
