Have been in sales/customer service throughout my lifetime. Have worked in retail for 5 years, dealing
with issues on the floor, creating displays, and more than anything else promoting excellent customer
service. I am very creative and passionate about my work. I feel like it’s really helped me in terms of
gaining promotions; for the skills I’ve learned from being able to help customers and satisfy their needs is
everlasting. It’s key to have a positive impact on each individual you encounter on a day-to-day basis in
sales, and thus communication is a necessity.

- To say I love this job would be an understatement. My passion for sports gets to
mix with my love for sales and I really feel appreciated. I have been promoted
from sales associate to team sports lead, which technically is a manager
position. Each Sunday morning I am in charge of setting up the signage and
displays for the week. My store continues to be in the top 10 each month in
sales and I think my passion for customer service is a big reason why. I have
been employee of the month countless times and it fuels me to just continue my
success and make more sales!

- This was my first job, started off as a seasonal employee and then was able to
stay on board. I was a front-end associate meaning I was focused on customer
service and checking the customers out of the store. I also was cross-trained to
do food service and returns/processing which allowed me to improve my
communication skills that much more.
