• Henry Louis Vivian Derozio.
• He was born on 18 April, 1809 and living only 22 years. He
died on 1831.
• He was a teacher and a poet. Derozio was an assistant
headmaster of Hindu College, Kolkata.
• “The Fakeer of Jungheera”
• It was one of the most significant landmarks in the history
of patriotic poetry in India which reveals the black truth of
Indian Society.
