• It is hard work,
• Perseverance, learning, studying,
• sacrifice and most of all,
• love of what you are doing
• or learning to do

3. Meaning of success
• Being successful means the achievement of
desired visions and planned goals
• success can be a certain social status that
describes a prosperous person that could also
have gained fame for its favourable outcome
• Success defined as being fulfilled, happy, safe,
healthy, and loved
• It is the ability to reach your goals in life,
whatever those goals may be

4. Who is a successful person
• Successful people are confident and can lead
themselves, as well as others
• They have their own vision and mission and
seek to bring it to life on a daily basis
• They also know who they are not and donot
waste time on things that they are not good at
or they are not satisfied with

5.  Unwillingness to take risk
 Lack of persistence
 Instant gratification
 Lack of priorities
 Looking for shortcuts
 Greed

 Rationalizing
 Inability to recognize opportunity

others
and that need to be done first

• They trade with money many things

• Difficult way
• By easy way problem solved but remained

13. Greed
• Intense and excessive desire for more of
something than is needed such as money,
real estate, power or other symbols wealth
• Needs can be satisfied but
• Greed can never be satisfied
• Greed is a cancer of the soul

14. Unwillingness to plan and prepare
• Confidence comes from preparation
• Which is nothing but planning and practicing
• Successful people put pressure of preparing
on themselves
• Not worrying about winning
• A complete mental and physical preparation
is the result of sacrifice and self discipline

15. Rationalizing
• Try to find reasons to explain your behaviour
• A way of describing, interpreting or
explaining something that makes it seem
proper such as bad behaviour
• Successful people always analyze
• Never rationalized
• Looser always makes excuses

16. Inability to recognize opportunity
• Opportunities comes as disguished
• Not as Obstacles
• Most people do not recognized
• Opportunity donot knock your door twice
• Same opportunity will not come again
• If it will come it will not be same

17. Inability to use talents
• Most people do not make best use of
their talents
• According to William James
• Human being use only 10 percent to 12
percent of their potential
• Most people rust out rather than wear
out

18. Not learning from others mistakes
• People who do not learn from past mistakes
are doomed
• Wise people learn from their
• mistakes
• Wiser people learn from others mistakes
• There is nothing wrong in making a mistake

19. Lack of discipline
• Commonly applied to regulating human
behaviour to its society or environment it
belongs
• Discipline is a specific branch of knowledge,
learning or practice To train in self control
and obedience
• A rule or system of rules, conduct or activity
• Discipline takes sacrifice, self control and
avoiding distractions and temptations

20. Poor self Esteem
• Poor self esteem is lack of respect and self
worth
• It leads to abuse of oneself and others
• People with poor self esteem take dcision to
satisfy their ego
• Idleness and laziness are the consequences
of self esteem

21. Lack of knowledge
• Knowledge is awareness of the areas of
ignorance
• The more knowledge a person gets, the
more he realizes what areas he is
ignorant in
• A person who thinks he knows
everything has the most to learn

22. Fatalistic attitude
• People with fatalistic attitude believe
that success or failure is a matter of luck
• They resign themselves to their fate
• They resign themselves to their fate
• They wait for things to happen rather
than makes to happen
