3 months Training at Hector beverages (Paper boat Drinks) at IMT Manesar Gurgaon, Haryana 2014.
Hector Beverages manufactures the Paper boat and Tzinga brands of ethnic Indian drinks, Here I joined into the Quality
Control Department where my responsibilities included:
Handling Process line and Documentation (i.e from Water treatment, Syrup Manufacturing,
Beverage Manufacturing & Checking Packaging compliance of the final product)
Handling Homogenizer, Pasteurizer and Filler.
Handling Process line CIP.
Maintaining GMP and GHP of the plant.
Quality Testing (Water analysis Testing, ETP Testing and Product initial and final Testing to maintain
all the parameters of the final quality product).
Improving the efficiency & enhancing the quality of Spouting.
Internship under DRDO Ministry of Defence at DFRL Mysore (Karnataka) 2014.
Handled research project Development of meat analogue and evaluation
of its quality characteristics.
Comparative evaluation of meat (mutton meat & chicken) with mushroom
based meat analogue.
Proximate composition of three forms of meat analogue (RTE, freeze
