Description :- Manufacturing of Diacetone alcohol by using acetone as a raw
material. Plant capacity is 26 MT per day. Plant consists of four sections reaction (CST
reactor), neutralization, filtration and distillation (flash, atmospheric, vacuum) section. Plant
operated on Yokogawa DCS.
Name of the project :- Hexylene Glycol (Hydrogenation)

Description :-Manufacturing of Hexylene Glycol by using Hydrogen & Dia acetone
alcohol as a raw material. Plant capacity is 14 MT per day. Plant consists of three sections
reaction (Hydrogenated reactor), filtration & vacuum distillation.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Developed Filtration system in hydrogenation plant to reduce filtration time and to
avoid breakdown.
 Our team achieved target of 24 MT/Day DAA consumption.
 Implemented PRV station for hydrogen feeding in reactor.
 Our team achieved consumption of Acetone 1.05kg/ 1 kg of DAA from Acetone
1.07kg/ 1 kg of DAA.
