ACADEMIC PROJECT
Description
The project uses MATLAB to query image containing the object of interest (OOI) and
capture the object in video segments, which is a crucial task for several video-based applications. The
project has 4 modules for object detection
1. Stationary objects using LBP algorithm
2. Inverted objects using SHIFT algorithm
3. Moving objects using BPLR algorithm
4. Choosing the best image using MIL algorithm
The project can be used for detection objects which is useful in surveillance, commerce, biometrics
and various other applications
