Company: Hindalco Industries Limited Mauda (Aditya Birla Group), Nagpur.
Period: March 2018 to April 2019 (1 Year)

class foil manufacturing hub on its way to achieve excellence in processes and products and produce
bare foil for pharmaceutical and food applications. Our product basket includes cigarette laminate, semi-
rigid containers and house foil. Freshwrapp, Super wrap, and Freshpakk are some of our well-

Responsibilities:
 Supervising of production Operations including Twin Chamber Furnace, flat roll alloying and
casting
 Manpower handling and ensuring job quality by close monitoring at every stage.
 Supervising of daily require materials for continuous running of caster.

 B.E. Project Title: “DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF BIOMASS PALLET BURNER”
 Role: Group Leader
Description: Biomas pellet burner is a burner which is used to burn the pellet which made from
biomass.
Biomass is a one of the type of fuel which is made from plant waste and animal
waste. In this machine there is a burner on which the pellet is kept.to increase the rate of
combustion of pellet we providing the blower which can be rotated manually as well as
electrically. When no electricity available we can be rotate in by hand. Along with blower there
is one screw feeder mechanism which maintains the quantity of the pellet to be burn.

 Had a professional training in Koradi Thermal Power Station, Operation & Maintenance at
company's training center In Koradi Training Centre (KTC) VT-87 Batch
 Participation in Engineers’ Forum Nagpur in Space Knowledge Test.
 Participation in Wegilant Robotics Workshop, Organized By Wegilant IIT Bombay.
