RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CURRENT JOB:
Monitoring the shrimp Quality in areas like pre-processing and processing
Responsible for operations like (Raw material receiving, processing, packing, Quality control &
Inspection) processing and packing of various product styles of shrimps as block & value added
products.
Has experience in implementation of HACCP system and GMP.
Conducting finished product inspections like PSI (Pre Shipment Inspection) and container
loading check.
2. Monitoring Feed sales and Developing new technologies in shrimp farming to help farmer
produce better production and profits, which increase feed sales as well as chemical sales.
TRAINING:
Trained in processing operations of shrimp from CPF Thailand for a period of 3 months.
ACHEIVEMENTS:
Presented a paper in national level conference “Microciencia” and got best paper award
for presented paper titled “Antibiofilm activity of urinary catheters for reducing
infections in patients” at SRM University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu in 2012.

compounds from Murraya koenigii and its effect on protease in the midgut of silk worms”
through my major project work.
