5. EXTENSOR CARPI RADIALIS
LONGUS:
ORIGIN:
Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus.
INSERTION:
Posterior surface of base of second metacarpal
bone.
ACTION:
Extends and abducts hand at wrist joint.
NERVE SUPPY:
Radial nerve.
NERVE ROOT:
C6,C7.
