Stock Management 
 Ensuring full stock audit trail is maintained 
 Responsible for managing and running weekly stocktake 
 Manages control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved. 
 Analysing figures to identify weaknesses and possible improvements. 
 Making sure that all delivery inputs are carried out accurately 
 Adjusts minimum and maximum stock optimum levels to ensure efficient and accurate ordering, stock holding and to avoid damages in order to maximise sales.
