Project Location: Rajasthan
Main project features: Rajasthan Atomic Power Project consists of two units
(RAPP-7&8) of 700 MWe with two steam driven turbo generators supplied with
steam from PHWR type Reactors. Scope of works included Piping & equipment
Layout Engineering, 3D automation & 2D extraction using PDMS, Preparation of
Piping & Valve material specifications, Bulk MTO generation, Vendor offer
review, Stress Analysis as per static & dynamic load combinations, Pipe support
design & qualification, etc.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
• Project Initiation: Initiated JCM (Job Commencement Meeting), Internal
Kick-off Meeting and Client Kick-Off Meeting and finalized the Minutes for the
same,
• Planning: Scope document was a part of the contract, Based on that and Past
Data Archives, complete WBS was prepared, planning and scheduling in MSP,
Team was acquired and all the deliverables were assigned to individuals.
Outsourcing activities were planned; Trainings to the Team were planned
based on the gap analysis.
• Monitoring & Control: Preparing Monthly Progress Reports, Holding
Monthly Project Review Meetings internally and with client, monitoring the
