of the first comprehensive index of Sustainment Contracts in Afghanistan
 Submitted recommendations based on the contract index and a Contract Support Integration Plan that,

Army-wide Critical Repair Parts List initiativethat identified the 100 parts most negatively impacting repair
work; implemented corrective actions for critical spare parts issues and other multi-functional areas with
National and International scope
 Conducted quarterly on-site inspections of 7 geographically dispersed installations to modify support
projects from each site to more effectively meet program goals
