3. How to make it
• Pour milk into a bowl, add sugar, egg,
yeast, oil or butter, flour, salt and stir.
Leave for 45 minutes. Then make regular
pieces of dough and coat them in flour,
flatten them. Put plum jam on them and
make small balls.

6. • Put baking paper on the baking tin (or
spread the tin with oil), grease each
dumpling with oil and put them on the tin
next to each other.

8. • Bake them until golden brown. Finally you
can spread them with mixture of milk and
rum and sprinkle with icing sugar.
