75 gram of butter

a pinch of salt
one glass of milk

one egg

a cup of strawberries
(cut in pieces)
Recipe
Put all the
ingriedients (without
strawberries)
into a bowl.

Stir the mixture with
a fork and then
knead the dough.
It should be smooth
and strechy.
Roll out the dough
Using a glass
cut out circles

Place the filling
in the middle

Fold the circle
and form pierogi
Boil some salted water and throw
pierogi into the boiling water.

When dumplings flow to the
surface, cook for 2- 3 minutes.
Drain pierogi and lay them on plates.
You can serve pierogi with sugar,
joghurt, chocolate or whipped cream.

How to make polish pierogi
