When a mixer, reactor, agitator seal is sent in to Robco of America for repair we inspect all parts, take digital pics. & supply our repair quote with pics. attached explaining scope of repair work required. We will also make recommendations to upgrade any seal parts to increase MTBF. Robco of America can reverse engineer any worn out parts and manufacture in house. All Mixer / Agitator / Reactor seals are tested in house prior to return. We repair units from Chemineer, Netzsch, Philadelphia, Lightnin, Pfaudler and more.

2. 3.00” Double Mixer seal. Upgraded outer seal faces from Carbon & Stellite to Silicon
& Tungsten Carbide. This has increased seal run cycles by 70%.
95MM Netzsch double Beadmill seal. The outer Chrome coated rotary seat was
changed out for a Tungsten Carbide seat. Seal has been running for 1 year – no leaks.
Robco EV07 double mixer seal
installed on 12,000 gallon tank.
150MM double Beadmill seal repaired
& tested at Robco repair facility.
95MM DOUBLE GLASS LINED REACTOR SEAL. Unit had Silicon vs Tungsten on
product side, Silicon cracked by pin slot. Upgraded to Tungsten vs Silicon. Seal was
pressure tested to 80psig & is back in service.
100MM BURGMANN DOUBLE REACTOR SEAL (2,500 PSIG). This unit was 1 of 3
Robco repaired for chemical plant in Pasadena, Texas. Units have been back in
operation for 1 year.
150MM NETZSCH DOUBLE BEADMILL SEAL. This seal required a new Epoxy
wear plate fabricated. A mold was machined to pour new wearplate. Unit was
repaired & pressure tested to 100psig.
