Personal Statement
Experienced in applying cross functional managerial expertise along with good diagnostic and analytical skills in a
complex and pressurised environment. I have project management experience and skills. The commercial awareness that
I have gathered over the last 12 years gives me a perspective on how to ensure clear stage points and budgets do not
overrun and that work is progressed in timely manner.
I am a people manager who facilitates performance through, motivating and inspiring my team to excel their targets.
I am a leader of my business with a real passion for success and performance management. I am a believer in excellence
and quality in everything that I do and that this should filter through the team to provide outstanding customer
