working side by side with my team.
I know that it takes a team to execute a smooth running operation and fully understand what makes a
profitable business.
I have worked closely with the operations manager for the brand. Several of my locations maintain
100% on brand ROR's.
One of my operations currently has more than 78% OSAT in the GSS. Another of my operations has 35%
growth over last year.
My management team has a very low turnover rate, because I believe that empowering my staff not
