I started working customer service over the phone to managing. I have also help run 2 companies,
by keeping books, payroll and office management. I am very good at getting the job done, following

I started as a customer service rep. The managers were so impressed with my
ability to handle stress and difficult calls that they made me a team lead after
only after 6 months and then a manager after a year.
I excelled at being a customer service rep. I have a nack with dealing with all
types of customers and am able to discern their issue quickly in order to get
their issue resolved in a timely manner. I received many awards while at Sears
Telemarketing.
