Synopsis
Hussnain Raza is recognized enthusiastic and result oriented Leader, administrator,
Human Resource Manager and Researcher. Who believes in transforming dreams into
reality, have the desire and lust in attributing his skills in accomplishing the prospects
and clients professional and personal goals. He holds unique power of curiosity,

and skills through state of the art. Prior joining Deokjae Group, he was associated with
Pak – Qatar Family Takaful formerly Jubilee Life Insurance and ATCO – Laboratories as
a Sales & Development Manager. After gaining rich knowledge and experience of sales
he went to administration and worked as a Campus Manager in The City School Pvt.
Ltd. Worked as a visiting lecturer at Ghazi University and Bahauddin Zakariya
University. Working with Deokjae he promoted from HR Executive to Manager HR and
Admin and have define, plan and supervise the implementation of human resources
policies. He has rich experience of training skills and have been coordinating in number
of trainings to an international certified trainer. Worked for different Management
positions Sales, HRD, T & D & Customer Services. Received training certifications of
management and sales skills from recognized companies and institutes. Converting
vague human needs and requirements into system specification, Hussnain have been
prove beneficial to initiate the business technology drive required to attain companies
Quality Assurance Goals.
Develop Job Description & KPI’s: Conduct counseling session with managers, line
supervisor and support staff to obtain their feedback about operational and functional
routine task which lead to formulize all managers and related key personnel’s Job
Description and documented all this whole exercise was culminated to evaluate KPIs
(Key Performance Indicators)
Develop HR Documents: Extensive role in upgradation of HR department by
developing Organogram. Subsequently departmental organogram is also prepared
reflecting the total head counts on board with all that develop Job Application form,
daily activity template, and sign off form for manager’s acknowledgment and much
more. Developed company manual
Training Need Analysis: Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in order to identify
the training needs for employee to design relevant Training Programs.
Develop HR Policies: With addition to HR department he developed attendance and
uniform policies approved and implemented by CEO and Head of HR & Admin.
Developments in Human Resource Department at Deokjae
Prepared audit oriented documents like PR, Vendor List, Quotations, Completion
Certificates, Goods Received note.
Develop checks and control on general administration
Validation & Confirmation of assigned work completion
Project Management: Completed the all assigned projects on time within assigned
budgets without compromising the quality.
Procurements: procurement is always been a sensitive task it effects cost and
efficiencies and performance of the organization, with the introduction of vendors list
and procurement process raised the company image
