Directly responsible for all phases of management of a 1.23 msf super regional shopping center with six
anchor department stores, 120 specialty shops and an eight-screen theater/food court.
• Successful promotion of a $120 million renovation/expansion through media and tenant relations,
lease prospecting, focus groups and community speaking.
• On-site General Management of an all-encompassing mall renovation project, while open to the
public, which added 500,000 sf, including 2 new department stores, 50 shops and a cinema.
