Participated as a teamleader in a larger team to create the “Lonmin Business Academy”; a
centralized business academy with over 300 departmental employees.
As the custodian of all internal and external legislation and quality management systems
maintenance/enhancement, I was instrumental in standardizing performance indicators for all
training specialists. Quality assured and ratified the design and development of all learning
programs. Collaborated with all staff facilitated cohesive work teams. Conducted needs
