MES International Limited is an established supplier of mining and quarrying
equipment. Since its formation over four decades ago, MES International
trades as a major supplier of products and services to the mining, quarrying
and recycling industries throughout the UK, the Middle East and Africa from
our facilities in Leicestershire UK, Kitwe Zambia, Bulawayo Zimbabwe,
Carltonville RSA, and Takoradi Ghana. Our facility in Bulawayo also has a full
machine, repair and refurbishment work shop with additional crusher and
conveyor belt storage enabling us to offer emergency repairs, manufacturing,
and quick deliveries of stocked crusher spares and conveyor belts to
surrounding African countries.
We are the agents in the UK and Africa for Excel foundry and Machine, who
are world renowned for supplying quality crusher wear parts and
undercarriage spares.

4. Conveyor Services & HDPE Lining
HE Conveyor Belts – Excellent quality high impact resistance belts from Italy in a range
of widths and strengths.
HDPE Lining – supply and installation of HDPE materials on site as per client’s request.
Fabric Conveyor Belts - 24 hr breakdown response from our conveyor belt stocking
facilities in the UK and Zimbabwe, with excellent quality belts in stock, in a range of
widths and strengths to meet your exact requirements.
Vulcanising Services - 24 hour breakdown response for hot & cold joints, pull up
joints, clipped endless joints etc. Our fully trained vulcanizers have operated all over
Africa including Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Congo, South Africa, Mauritania and
Nigeria.
Rollers, Pulleys, Pulley Lagging – All roller requirements and drums, including heavy
duty with lagging options.
Material Handling Systems – from overland field conveyor structure to waterside
loading/offloading systems, we can meet your needs in a cost effective and timely
manner.

Crusher spares – All parts supplied are the highest quality precision engineered
components that our partners Excel Foundry in the USA are world renowned
for. Machines supported include Symons Nordberg HP and MP series, Svedala,
Omnicone, Telsmith, Sandvik, Allis Chalmers, Cedarapids, etc.
Site Equipment – New, used and refurbished vehicles, plant and machinery for your
site requirements.
Tracked Equipment Spares –MES also supply large under carriages to the worlds
biggest Electric Shovels, Hydraulic Excavators and Dragline for Terex, Hitachi, P & H,
Komatsu, O & K and Bucyrus.
Refurbishment Works – we can refurbish parts of up to 45ton in weight from top and
bottom shells and complete main shafts for the gyratory crushers.

Full Site Maintenance – 24 hour breakdown response and scheduled maintenance on
all sized mine and quarry plants either on a weekly or cost per ton basis, by our fully
trained and experienced engineers.
Plant Operators – experienced operators provided for crushing and screening
equipment on all sized mine and quarry plants either on a weekly or cost per ton
basis.
Installation, Erection & Commissioning - MES engineers, some with over 30 years
experience working on Africa’s largest mines, to install equipment from complete
installation, commissioning and maintaining of gyratory crushers conveyors, secondary
crushers, screens and mills etc. MES can offer scheduled crusher and mill liner
changes in accordance with your planned shut downs and assist with emergency
breakdowns.
Complete Site Surveys – PPM’s for complete conveyor systems on site, reporting
potential repairs/replacements assisting with budgeting/forecasting.

Consultancy & Advisory Service – whether you are planning a new mine or quarry or
extending an existing one, our skilled engineers can provide you with advice on any
aspect of your project.
CAD Design Service - we can provide a full draughting and drawing service including
2D and 3D. We can work from sample components, scanned images in PDF form or
from marked up drawings or sketches.
Staff Training – we offer a variety of on-site training, covering operating, vulcanising
and splicing techniques.
