Admininstrative Assistant Calibration Department
Provided total administrative support for day to day activities to immediate supervisor and 4
department techs. Scheduled meetings assisted in coordination of all calibrations with outside
suppliers and maintain all records (files) to FDA standards. Handled all day to day problems,
such as conflicting schedules, multiple demands from department personal, customer
complaints, and worked closely with many other departments to resolve any issues that arose.
Kept financial records for all outside calibration and equipment purchases. Strong computer
skills which include, Microsoft, Excel and P. C. ToolCrib. SAP functions knowledge.

Contractor for different jobs ranging from Manufacturing, Audits, and Product Testing
with Data Reporting.
Accomplishments
Implicated a complete new user friendly filing system for the calibration department. Worked
with out-side calibration suppliers on calibration pricing and saved the Manufacturing
Engineering department over $30K a year. I negotiated this pricing without an increase for 5
3. years. Worked on project as a team member that saved the company 800K a year. Took over
all calibrations for Product Service and spear headed the transfer of equipment and all files
from San Francisco, CA and Beaverton, OR when these department transferred to
Skaneateles, NY. Organized, integrated and tagged all this equipment in a timely manner so
that there was no down time in the Product Service department. Kept all lines up and running
to customer satisfaction. Took over R&D calibration and administrative duties for several
months while department found a suitable calibration coordinator. Assisted in training new
calibration coordinator.
