Aerobic Performance Level
Voor de meeste mensen ligt de VO2 Max ver boven het niveau waar ze
met een ‘Steady State’ Aeroob kunnen presteren. 



Het maximum ‘Aerobic Performance Level’ is afhankelijk van de
manier waarop de VO2 Max en ‘Lactate Threshold’ zich verhouden.

Aerobic Performance Level
Een hoge ‘Lactate Threshold’ in combinatie met een hoge VO2 Max is
dus van groot belang voor maximale ‘Aerobic Performance Level’.
Op dit moment is het algemeen geaccepteerd dat het mogelijk is om
de VO2 Max met 20- 40% te verbeteren. Er zijn uitzonderingen
waarbij mensen hun VO2 Max verbeteren met 50-100%.
Daarentegen komt het regelmatig voor dat de ‘Lactate Threshold’
wordt verbeterd met maar liefst 200-300%.

FascialTechnique
De fascia is de bindweefsellaag die alle spieren en organen bedekt.
Door de onderlinge verbinding verdeelt de fascia het lichaam in
verschillende functionele units.
In een normale situatie hebben zowel de fascia als de onderliggende

Bij voldoende stretch zorgen de proprioceptoren in de voet voor een
inhibitie van de ‘spinal extensors’.
