fitbal, XCO, gymstick.
• De oefeningen zijn creatief en het
daagt je balans, stabiliteit en
coördinatie uit
• Het zorgt voor hoger energieverbruik
• Is efficiënt: combinatie van boven- en
onderlichaam met veel
buikspierenwerk
