Digital Marketing Performance Analyst,
 Help compare performances across all digital channels of 31 BSI countries/business streams and advise suitable
measurement and performance strategies.
 Create worksheets, ad-hoc reports and design/prepare custom dashboards on Tableau to visualize data extracted from
SFDC and GA.
 Develop custommarketing dashboards on Salesforce and Google Analytics (GA).
 Report on key metrics, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights based on GA data.
 Analyze the effect of different online and offline marketing channels, develop, share and help implement strategies for
improvement on digital marketing tools.
 Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution on
GA.
 Responsible for digital reporting and metrics–weekly and monthly digital marketing effectiveness reports, including
management reporting and tracking against monthly targets across 31 BSI countries.
 Analyze overall lead journey and lead conversion to opportunity process starting from lead creation analysis to closed
won opportunity process.
 Analyze trends and performance of marketing campaigns with regard to lead generation depending on lead sources,
source-sub channels and lead conversions.
 GA– creation of dashboards for the teams as well as the preparation of ad-hoc reports thru using regular expressions,
across the business streams, in order to display product pages and campaigns metrics along with KPIs.
 SFDC– creation of dashboards by business streams and products with information on leads, opportunities, sales and
campaigns performance for ad-hoc reports.
 Establish, measure and report on marketing effectiveness KPIs. Provide ad-hoc reports & analysis on “what good looks
like”. Provide in-depth analysis from digital marketing standpoint, actionable insights, recommendations to improve
campaigns and digital marketing practices.
 Create advanced reports, pivot tables, customized dashboards and macros (Excel Advanced Level 4 completed).
 Contribute in creating a Business Development strategy thru data reporting with commentary, helping sales departments
for 31 BSI countries overachieve annual sales target.

Marketing Assistant,
 E-mail marketing activities which include editing, formatting – through HTML, and distributing weekly, bi-monthly, and
monthly e-newsletters and e-shots via BSI's e-mail marketing tool (ExactTarget).
 Developing, creating, planning, and implementing online/e-marketing campaigns through the management of e-mail
marketing tools and processes (ExactTarget), web marketing activities and setting up relevant content (including videos)
on BSI’s website along with incorporating social media aspects into company’s marketing approach.

 Taking the lead on e-marketing projects for the company’s online web presence in close coordination with global

FB, Twitter, and Linkedin along with integrating Google Analytics to track how many impressions/clicks received based
on click through rates.
 Testing new concepts online to deliver innovative ways for content and information on Sales Force's social media tool
chatter.
 Promoting BSI’s range of products and services via using digital marketing tools along with creating marketing content
on BSI Turkey’s website to meet the revenue and margin targets.
 Using best practice techniques and continual implementation of new and updated online marketing practices /tools in day-
to-day e-marketing activities.
 Building and editing content on BSI Turkey’s website through BSI’s CMS Episerver6 continually.
 Maintaining SEO needs of the new website of BSI Turkey.
 Completing the whole transition process of BSI Turkey's website to its new website through Episerver6 (CMS).
 Analyzing of performance of all e-marketing activities for BSI Turkey’s website, e-mail marketing campaigns, and other
presences through Google Analytics.
 Delivering marketing lists from the range of BSI's contact DBs to use in marketing campaigns.
 Providing media and marketing services to meet the needs of clients. Collecting and analyzing data on customer
demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential clients.
 Responding to questions and creating leads from online visitors on BSI Turkey's website through Zopim.com’s online
chat tool.
 Updating and following up 3rd party portals regarding training business services and contacting training websites for
affiliate marketing activities (e.g. www.egitimbul.com)
 Managing customer DBs on ExactTarget while ensuring regular cleaning and maintaining of specified DBs.
 Improving DBs on ExactTarget through numerous research methods that include receiving information from affiliate
marketing partners and training services along with conducting online research of possible customers to capture market
data.
 Conducting marketing research including finding information from industry associations and marketing experts (BSI's
Customer Insight tool).
 Maintaining contact and account records in line with SalesForce tool and other customer DBs. Conducting segmentation
process on DBs according to product area and product client interests.
 Generating reports through SalesForce based on product area interests of clients, lead owners, and lead sources of clients.
 Generating CSV reports based on clicking activities of BSI’s e-newsletter/e-shot subscribers for telesales, product
certification and assessment certification teams on Exacttarget in order to support lead activities.
 Supporting the marketing manager in relevant tasks.
 Assisting sales teams in product related issues.
 Sharing best practices with colleagues from BSI's South-Eastern headquarters including France, Italy, and Spain.
 Attending teamprojects and preparing presentations in both English & Turkish languages for teammeetings.
 Translating team documents along with supporting team projects through translation in both spoken and written foreign
language.
 Providing support for exhibitions and event activities.
