SUMMARY OF PHILOSOPHY
Teaching is noble work. What gets me out of bed every morning is the 450 students in my school that are learning who they
are and what they stand for. My job as an educator is to learn as much as I can about each and every student, inspiring them
to identify their talents and achieve a “personal best” in everything they do. As a Principal, it is my responsibility to create the
conditions, structures and culture that can support these ends. These are the outcomes to which I am accountable; they are
embodied by the characteristics of the IB Learner Profile.
