General Administration
 Managing & overseeing the administrative & daily operations of the School while ensuring compliance with
the policies and regulations; developed, implemented & maintained policies, objectives and plans.
 Serving as the Administrative Officer and playing a part in developing, formulating, and revising guidance
documents in educational program review.

was awarded national best teacher’s award during my tenure . Another teacher was awarded by the
district collector as best scouter.
 Streamlined various existing systems/ processes:
 Parents of the students of X & XII were called individually after the school hours, for guidance and
counselling which resulted in getting quality result and students became confident and fearless.
 Examination and reporting system completely computerized.
 Unique initiative taken to improve staff satisfaction level:
 Created free and conducive environment for them to perform without any fear of authority.

 Forged alliance with Orange Education Pvt. Ltd.. to promote interest among the students in
astronomy, science and technology.
 Forged alliance with CFO, Forest department, Ajmer to bring awareness among the students in the
matters of Ecology, Pollution, reforestation, Tree plantation during monsoon, Ozone Layer etc. With
the help of the CFO of Ajmer, our students used to visit at least one National Park in a year. Thus we
have visited so far Gir National Park, Jim Corbett National Park, Dudhwa National Park, Bannerghatta
National Park, Mudhumallai Sanctuary, Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary etc.
As Vice-Principal & School I/C at Central Academy Sr. Sec. School-Ajmer:
 Joined as School I/C in July1986 and was promoted as Vice-Principal in July 1990.
 Assisted in the overall responsibilities of managing students, staff and other related activities of the school,
with student strength of 2000+students.
 Headed the institution with staff strength of 60 teaching and 30 non-teaching staff..
 Introduced the procedure of making computer education compulsory for all students.
 Proved pivotal in getting the school affiliated to CBSE.
 Involved in designing school building layout and supervised the construction of 25 classrooms.
 Achieved a rating as One of the Best Schools in the city and the district.

Ajmer Regional Level Science Model Exhibition in 2008 at Jindal Vidya Mandir-Vasind, wherein over 200
