 Educating the customers/sales reps to know the procedure and standard process of IB. It helps them to make their work

 Worked on OKS ( Oracle Service Contracts ) for Contract invoicing & Contract renewal.
 Responsible for post booking changes in IB & OKS for the countries that comes under APAC, EMEA region.
 Interacting with various teams like Customer Data Desk, Contract Specialists, Collection, Customer data management
and Integration.
 Manage internal customer queries and communication in a professional and service-minded manner ensuring that
resolution is provided.
 Involved in Training the new joiners, assigning issues to team members.
 Auditing service requests processed in Install Base and OKS to ensure quality.

 Tekelec - Service Contract and new order booked for the support for new acquired Company
 True down deletes, Surcharges and End of service life (EOSL) updates.
 Customer Data Clean UP- Licenses cleansing and real time update to IB and Order application
 CMRB(Credit Memo Re-bill) – handled the order dispute Management from AR to OA
 ACME to Oracle (Migration & acquisition) – Interface Order booked for ACME Projects
 Oracle cloud subscription – SaaS Termination project

 Solely represented GFIC (OA,IB,OKS) on Front Porch Digital migrations – UAT testing.
 Handled complete ‘GWR’ process for the entire hardware in the year 2013-14, it is solely related to platinum
external customers of Oracle.
 Worked for collections in managing cloud projects, Access restriction/termination in particular.
 Processing and validating customer requests for “Technology refresh” on Oracle hardware
