OD which are the LCs the
need to grow a LOT/JUMP in
the focus GIP Programme

• Check whether you have enough people to Ra, Ma, Re for the
summer peak.
• If not, Plan for this increase in capacity through re allocation or
optimized GIP Specific Recruitment.
• USE PLANNING FRAMEWORK!
