hiring and monitoring Team Leaders, Special Booster Schemes etc. Canvasser productivity improved at
the end of the project resulting in a 48% increase in Revenue through canvassers.

Planned and executed the opening Ten Exclusive Brand Outlets in the Maharashtra Market : Organizing
the Branding and set-up of the store, Inauguration and promotion through Print, Radio, OOH, BTL

media for visibility and telecast in a prominent Kannada channel-“Suvarna TV”. This campaign ensured
great mileage to the channel.
Organised and executed the “Total Quartz Safety Run” where the participation exceeded 1000
numbers. To ensure success of the event ensured sufficient visibility through promotional tie ups, PR
activities, effective use of reminder media as well as newspaper ads.
Executed the “Green Ganesha” campaign to promote eco-friendly Ganesha idols, during Ganesha
festival .This campaign achieved visibility of more than 10 Lakhs.
Planned and executed the “Edellu Bengalooru” Campaign, Generating a reach of more than 50 lakhs
across Karnataka
Planned and executed Launch of the Breakfast show with a Celebrity RJ, generating a reach of more
than 60 lakhs across Karnataka, through Television, Radio, Outdoor, Digital and Onground Media
