Creating a personal Wellbeing Vision Statement, developing a roadmap towards that vision, whilst
incorporating the 5 Pillars of Wellbeing.

Creating small shifts for incredible life change
Incorporating a 3 or 5 day Wellness Retreat at the Golden Door Hunter Valley NSW.

2. 2 12 WEEK PROGRAM OUTLINE
Week 1 Initial Set Up
Overview the ‘Motivate for Change’ 12 Week program.
Set the expectations and outcomes.
Provide a Physical Workbook/Journal for the 12 weeks
SHIFT Lab Coach will conduct one to one VISION sessions with each participant. Establishing a personal
achievable SHIFT goal for the 12 week program.
Week 2 Golden Door Elysia Wellness Retreat or Coaching Session
3 or 5 Day Corporate Wellness ‘Motivate for Change’ Program
WELLNESS PROGRAM INCLUSIONS in the Golden Door Health and Wellness Program
Health & Wellness assessment on arrival
Exercise programs & group activities
Tailored sessions to reinforce your personal Wellbeing Vision
Full use of world-class retreat facilities
One or two bedroom accommodation
All nutritious meals, including morning & afternoon teas
At the end of the retreat (prior to departing back to normal life) the SHIFT Lab coach will
provide a ‘Check In’ One on One Coaching Session, allowing participants to make any changes
to their original VISION statement from previous week.
Week 3-12 Weekly Mentor Sessions and Wellbeing Webinars
30 min Coaching Session One on One with each participant
These sessions are designed for each person to check in with their Vision Plan, acknowledge any
roadblocks, and provide strategies to enable them to change course if required. A 12 week journal will
be provided to each participant to allow them to express their journey on a daily weekly basis.
