Improve one’s Awareness on inclusive
wellness coaching framework & how
one can live life consciously to
transform as per nature’s design.
(Through 60 to 90 Minutes group or one on
one free session)
6. Awareness session offers a simple
conscious mental hygiene practice
that one practices for a week to find &
Acknowlege his/her connect through a
follow up response. Should one finds the
connect, we move to the next step.
(Follow up response could be either through a 30
minutes follow up session invloving clarifications
or a simple plain text confirmation )

7. One undergoes, 5 one on one sessions spread over
next 5 weeks. Each Adoption session consists of
30 minutes of practice correction session and
next 30 minutes is devoted to a specific health
challenge or goal, that one wishes to focus on.
(At the end of 5 priced adoption sesssions, one notices the
plapable difference in various aspects of one’s health thus
balancing all aspects of transformation - Mental,
Physical, Economic, Social)
