1. When: Mondays & Wednesdays: 7 – 8p.m. starting OCTOBER 19th
through NOVEMBER 25th
Who:
 Women who have 15 – 30 lbs to lose
 Ages 25 – 55
 Are in good heart health
 Can commit to 60 min. of exercise 3 – 4 times per week
 Ready to make lifestyle changes per recommendation
 Have fun in team setting

Enrollment is limited to 10 participants. Total for 6 weeks/12 sessions = $168 per person
Included in enrollment:
 12 1-hour sessions in team setting with certified personal trainer
 nutrition support
 measurements/assessment on first day of program and last day of program
 gym membership for duration of program
 personal program to use on days not in session
